  • Website content migration from old website to new website using Content Management System and HTML– creating new web pages, updating content on web pages, uploading photos, images, and newsletters
  • Making website content accessible (WCAG 2.0) – PDF documents and images
  • Using HTML and CSS to format web page content
  • Designing online complaint forms – involved in User Experience meetings/ User Interface Design
  • Assessing and testing usability for the new website
